Berylium | My Uncle Urban Sunglasses

Two years ago, I bought a pair of sunglasses at My Uncle in Ibiza and later had the original lenses replaced with prescription progressive lenses. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the sunglasses. During my next holiday in Ibiza, I visited the shop, where I met an incredibly friendly and attentive sales assistant. She explained that the frame was no longer available for sale but kindly checked whether any of the other My Uncle stores in Ibiza still had it in stock. Unfortunately, none of them did. However, she didn’t give up. She contacted her boss, the owner of My Uncle in Mallorca, to ask whether the frame might still be available at one of their stores there. And indeed, he confirmed that they still had one! I then got in touch with him via WhatsApp and was able to order the replacement frame and have it shipped directly to Germany. This was an exceptionally thoughtful and customer-friendly gesture. Thanks to their efforts, I can now continue using my expensive progressive lenses in my sunglasses instead of having to replace them. Fantastic customer service – truly above and beyond!
